HIV/AIDS is something we cannot cure, there is no way to solve the problem. The only way we could help and reduce the amount of people getting infected by HIV/AIDS is to educate them and spread the word. Right now there is very little education going around in developing countries and as well as very little vaccine that is being provided. There is already many organizations going around to help get the word around but there is still a large group of people who do not have a clue what HIV/AIDS are and how they can be protected.
